Refund policy

Here's the thing, you probably bought your Fire Cone online. If it came to you and it's not what you thought, you may want to return it. It's all good. We still love you. You may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused. Don't burn this thing then send it back. That's like eating your food then complaining.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• If your item is used but defective this obviously warrants a return. 

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
• Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:

1. Contact our customer support to initiate your return.
2. We will provide instructions on where to send your return package.
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund immediately.
